This site is a resource developed by a coalition of rural hospitals, including Beaver Valley Hospital, Gunnison Valley Hospital, and Kane County Hospital, which oversee Utah’s UPL program. Together with more than 75 participating nursing care facilities, representing nearly every facility serving Medicaid patients in Utah, this group works to support care for Utah seniors and to improve understanding of this complex program.
